Standish Associates Complaints Procedure
In the first instance, it may be helpful to contact the person who is working on your case to discuss your concerns and we will do our best to resolve any issues at this stage. In the unlikely event that we are not able to address your concerns and you would like to make a formal complaint, then you should inform our Complaints Manager, John Wallace who will deal with your complaint in line with our internal complaints procedure:

What to do if we cannot resolve your complaint
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, the Legal Ombudsman may be able to help you. They will look at your complaint independently and it will not affect how we handle your case.

The Ombudsman will not accept complaints where the act/omission/date of awareness was before 6 October 2010.
